The Vision house sound, by the numbers
Across the 19 measured models, the most common tuning is dark (12 of 19, 63 percent). Next most common: bass-heavy (3), near-neutral (2).
The model that needs the least correction is the Ears EXT MK II, with no band more than 2.1 dB from neutral. The one that needs the most is the Ears VE6X1, off by up to 6.2 dB before EQ.
