Across the 21 measured models, the most common tuning is dark (10 of 21, 48 percent). Next most common: bass-heavy (4), near-neutral (3).
The model that needs the least correction is the Audio Shangri-la, with no band more than 1.0 dB from neutral. The one that needs the most is the Audio ACME 8, off by up to 7.0 dB before EQ.
