Atrium / Headphone EQ / E-Mu
E-Mu EQ settings
Parametric EQ corrections for 3 E-Mu models, each derived from its measured frequency response. Pick a model for the full filter table, the curve, and how it compares with its siblings.
The E-Mu house sound, by the numbers
Across the 3 measured models, the most common tuning is warm (1 of 3, 33 percent). Next most common: near-neutral (1), dark (1).
The model that needs the least correction is the Teak, with no band more than 1.6 dB from neutral. The one that needs the most is the Purpleheart, off by up to 3.6 dB before EQ.
