The AFUL house sound, by the numbers
Across the 10 measured models, the most common tuning is warm (5 of 10, 50 percent). Next most common: bass-heavy (2), near-neutral (2).
The model that needs the least correction is the Performer 5, with no band more than 1.9 dB from neutral. The one that needs the most is the Explorer, off by up to 3.5 dB before EQ.
