The Advanced house sound, by the numbers
Across the 15 measured models, the most common tuning is bass-heavy (7 of 15, 47 percent). Next most common: bright (3), dark (3).
The model that needs the least correction is the M4, with no band more than 2.9 dB from neutral. The one that needs the most is the 747 (ANC on), off by up to 8.5 dB before EQ.
